Oven packed up 2 days before Christmas and our insurance company stated 28 December as earliest time for visit. Rang others on this website and either unable or unwilling to help, as outside their usual postcode area. Rang D& C Appliance Repairs Ltd and the office staff specially checked with the engineers to confirm who had a suitable repair item in their van, and that engineer came the next day. We are outside their postcode area but they came anyway. Service fee slightly higher than that of others but very happy with their efforts and quality of service/care, and will definitely use them again. Well worth a call!”
